LEGAL NOTICE: By purchasing from BitDrip Official, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. You waive any and all rights to request a return, refund, exchange, or chargeback, except as required by applicable law.

At BitDrip Official, each product is created in strictly limited quantities to preserve authenticity and scarcity. Due to the collectible nature of our items and our mission to uphold Bitcoin’s principles of irreversibility and finality, all sales are final.

1. No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Please review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing your order.

2. Finality of Transactions

  • In the spirit of Bitcoin transactions—where confirmed transfers are final—purchases on BitDrip Official follow the same principle. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be altered, reversed, or canceled.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Each item is inspected before shipment. In the rare event you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us in writing at support@bitdripofficial.xyz within 72 hours of receipt.

  • We may, at our sole discretion, offer a repair or replacement for damaged or defective items if the issue is confirmed by our team.

  • Failure to contact us within the 72-hour window constitutes acceptance of the item as delivered.

4. Scarcity & Verification

  • Every product is logged in our on-chain style verification ledger with a unique Garment ID. This ensures authenticity and prevents unauthorized reproductions.

  • Because of this immutable record, any returned or refunded transaction would compromise the integrity of the drop and will not be permitted.

5. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or seek refund outside the terms outlined here.

Subscriptions & Cancellations
If your order includes a subscription or recurring purchase, you may cancel at any time by logging into your account at bitdripofficial.xyz/account or by contacting us at Jose@bitdripofficial.xyz
Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Once canceled, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
