Welcome to BitDrip Official. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (bitdripofficial.xyz) and your purchase of products (“Products”) from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or engage in any unlawful activity.

2. Products & Authenticity

  • Each BitDrip piece is part of a limited release. Quantities are capped and once sold out, they will not be reproduced.

  • Every garment is logged with a unique Garment ID in the BitDrip Verification Ledger. Customers can verify authenticity at bitdripofficial.xyz/verify.

  • We do not guarantee resale value. Ownership and verification are for authenticity only.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., fraud suspicion, payment failure, or bulk buying intended for resale).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our [Refund Policy]

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Proof (photos/videos) may be required for approval.

  • Approved returns will be eligible for either replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

6. Verification Ledger & Customer Responsibility

  • Upon delivery, customers may verify their garment using the unique Garment ID provided via confirmation email.

  • Customer initials and purchase timestamp will be logged automatically.

  • BitDrip is not responsible for lost or stolen verification codes, nor for any disputes regarding resale or third-party transfers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on bitdripofficial.xyz — including logos, product names, images, text, and graphics — is the property of BitDrip Official and protected under copyright/trademark law.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitDrip Official is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our Products.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CA, USA.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in CA, USA

10. Changes to Terms

  • BitDrip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
