1. Production Time

All BitDrip garments are custom-made per order. Production typically takes 1–6 business days depending on complexity and order volume.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Shipping duration estimates start after production is complete. Total delivery time includes both production + shipping.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

4. Shipping Costs

• Billing is calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping method.

• Express shipping is available at a modest premium — recommended for faster delivery.

• International rates vary based on location.

5. Delivery Exceptions

Delays can occur due to:

• Customs or import inspections

• Natural disasters or courier disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete address details

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 20 days — we’ll promptly assist and initiate a shipping investigation or insurance claim.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery. We'll handle replacements or refunds as applicable under our quality guarantee.
